Payment Terms And Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the tour payment by wire transfer, electronic transfer, or credit/debit card (MasterCard/Visa) is required to confirm your booking.

You can choose to pay a 50% deposit initially and settle the remaining balance 3 months before your arrival in Bhutan. Alternatively, you can pay 100% of the tour upfront. For convenience and to avoid paying multiple bank transfer fees, we encourage you to make a single full payment for your tour.

Cancellation Policy

Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to following cancellation charges:

• No charge if cancelled before 45 days of the start of the tour program.
• 10% of the tour payment if cancelled between 45 days and 40 days before the start of the tour program
• 20% of the tour payment if cancelled between 39 days and 30 days before the start of the tour program.
• 30% of the tour payment if cancelled between 29 days and 20 days before the start of the tour program.
• 50% of the tour payment if cancelled between 19 days and 15 days before the start of the tour program.
• 60% of the tour payment if cancelled between 14 days and 7 days before the start of the tour program.
• 100% of the tour payment if cancelled within 7 days before the start of the tour program or after arrival in Bhutan.

If you want to cancel your tour after you have paid a payment to us, we will process your refund with conformity to the list of charges above. The refund time will take up to 7 days. This cancellation policy is not applied for Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) which is fully refundable for any cancellations.

Please note that this cancellation policy is only applicable to our hotel list. The cancellation policy for a 5-star hotel package is subject to the cancellation policy of a 5-star hotel.
